Why do labels printed on Dymo printers connected to Windows computers have text that is too large?

1. Disconnect all Dymo printers connected to the computer

   a. THE DYMO CONNECT SOFTWARE MUST BE INSTALLED BEFORE ANY PRINTER IS CONNECTED

2. Remove all previously installed Dymo printers

   a. Search bar → Printers & Scanners → <Printer Name> → Remove

3. Remove all previously installed Dymo Label, Dymo Connect, and any other Dymo related software, agents and drivers

   a. Search bar → Control Panel → Uninstall a program → <Program Name> → Uninstall

4. Restart the computer

5. Install the version of Dymo Connect provided by Dendi; currently 1.4.3.131

   a. Download link: https://dendi-lis.s3.amazonaws.com/dymo/downloads/DCDSetup1.4.3.131.exe

6. At the end of the install wizard, the Dymo Connect software will start and prompt you to install the latest version

   a. DO NOT UPDATE TO THE LATEST VERSION

7. Restart the computer again

8. Now you can connect the printer to the computer

   a. Dymo Connect should automatically start when the new printer is recognized

9. Log into Dendi LIS as an external user.
