Issues

Issues, also known sometimes as affidavits, represent any complicating factor that may prevent an Order from going through its full life cycle. Issues are associated with specific Orders, with common examples being missing Patient demographics necessary for billing, no Provider, and no selected Test(s). Dendi LIS will automatically generate specific Issues based on information (not) provided in an Order. Additionally, lab users with appropriate permissions may create or manage their own configurable Issue Types.
