Account Admin
As an Account Admin, you may also create an Account Admin for your facility that will have the same access as yours by following these steps:
- Log in at the Dendi Portal using the email address that was assigned to you as your username and the password that was created.
- Click on Account Admin from the Groups Tab on the Side Menu
- Next, click on the "+ Account Admin" button to create a new Account Admin
- Enter the Necessary Information and click on "Save Account Admin" to create the new Account Admin.
- They will receive an email address to set up their login credentials to log in at the Dendi Portal.
Providers
As an Account Admin, you can create a Provider account so the physician/doctors can access the results of the tests that they have ordered for their patients.
- Log in at the Dendi Portal using the email address that was assigned to you as your username and the password that was created.
- Click on Providers from the Groups Tab on the Side Menu
- Next, click on the "+ Provider" button to create a new Provider
- Enter the Necessary Information and click on "Create Provider" to create the new Provider account.
- They will receive an email address to set up their login credentials to log in at the Dendi Portal.
Collectors
Collectors can view results but they cannot edit order information. As an Account Admin, you can create a Collector account by following these steps:
- Log in at the Dendi Portal using the email address that was assigned to you as your username and the password that was created.
- Click on Collectors from the Groups Tab on the Side Menu
- Next, click on the "+ Collector" button to create a new Collector
- Enter the Necessary Information and click on "Create Collector" to create a new Collector account.
- Toggle "On" for "Collector can track mileage" so they have the option to track their Mileage while creating an order.
- Toggle "On" for "Collector can view reported orders" if you want the Collector to have access to view Results for Reported orders
- They will receive an email address to set up their login credentials to log in at the Dendi Portal.
Patients
As an Account Admin, you can create patients by following these steps:
- Log in at the Dendi Portal using the email address that was assigned to you as your username and the password that was created.
- Click on Patients from the Groups Tab on the Side Menu
- Next, click on the "+ Patients" button to create a new Patients
- Enter the Necessary Information and click on "Create Patient" to create a new Patient account.
- They will receive an email address to set up their login credentials to log in at the Dendi Portal.
