As an Account Admin, you can customize several settings such as changing your time zone, adjusting the frequency of report notifications, setting a default date type for viewing orders, and updating your password. Follow the steps below to make these changes:
Log in to your Account and go to the User Settings Page.
Changing Your User Time Zone
To change your time zone:
- Select your preferred time zone from the dropdown menu under Time Zone.
Setting the Frequency for Report Notifications
You can customize how often you receive email notifications when reports are ready:
- Email Notification on Each Report: Receive an email notification for every report that is ready.
- Daily Email Notification: Receive a single email per day with all reports.
- No Email Notification: Opt out of receiving any report notifications via email.
Setting the Default Date Type for Viewing Orders
You can also choose your default date type when viewing orders. The available options are:
- Submitted Date
- Collection Date
- Requested Collected Date
- Received Date
- Reported Date
Saving Changes
After making any changes to your account settings, be sure to click Save User Settings to apply the updates.
On the Same Page, you can also Change your Password.
Changing Your Password
To update your password:
- Enter your current password in the designated field.
- Enter your new password in the appropriate field.
- Click Submit to save the updated password.
