Accounts can refer to clinics, hospitals, practices, etc. To access the Accounts page, use the sidebar, go to Groups, then click on Accounts.
Accounts can be associated with many Providers as well as many Patients. They can also be associated with many Collectors.
You are able to upload documents specific to an Account in the Account Documents section from an Account’s details page.
To download a list of Accounts & associated information, you can click on the “Export to CSV” button from the Groups → Accounts page. The downloaded dataset will reflect any currently applied filters, and export files will be available from Analytics → Data Exports.

Account-Specific Messages
This section allows you to configure specific messages (ex., consent statements) that will be presented to Patients and Providers during the Order creation for given Accounts. Configured messages will be displayed on generated Dendi requisition forms & during the Patient signature section of the Order creation workflow.
Account Admins
Each Account can be assigned many Account Admins, which are users that can access account-level information and log in to the Dendi Provider Portal. From the Dendi Provider Portal, a user is able to create orders, view reports, etc.
